‘MOUNT LAURA’

ABOUT
I am releasing prints of my recent mixed media work ‘Mount Laura’ which was produced in August 2020, a reproduction of an original mixed media artwork I currently own (not for sale).
Each print will be stamped (with my logo) and hand signed along the bottom of the paper.
There is an allowance of space around each print for matt board when you frame your print (see photos below).
Mount Laura is a mountain located in Whyalla, South Australia. It has an altitude of about 152m above sea level.
That nearby sea level is inhabited by Giant Cuttlefish, whose annual migration in the area is one of the most spectacular natural events in the Australian marine environment.
The image I created is a result of an active imagination, artistic license and maybe a little lack of sleep :)

AUTHENTICITY
Each print is stamped and signed.
A dated/signed Certificate of Authenticity will also accompany each print.
PRICE
Each signed print will be $60 (Australian).
This includes the cost of packaging and/or delivery (within Australia).
SHIPPING
I deliver local orders or can send via Australia Post if requested.
International orders are shipped USPS First-Class Package International Service®.
Delivery times vary depending on destination.
PACKAGING
Ships in a tube or elongated box with protection and acid-free plastic sleeve.
Multiple print purchases may be sent out as combined shipping.
I cannot ship more than three prints in one tube.

Once your $60 payment is made, I will package your print and have it delivered to you upon arrangement.
With the years ahead in mind, here is a little information to help the protection and longevity of the artwork reproduction you have purchased.
Avoid or limit direct sunlight.
Exposure to intense sunlight can drain the color from almost anything, including your new favourite work of art. Avoid hanging artwork or prints anywhere where it will receive regular doses of direct sunlight.
Know when to frame with acrylic plexiglass, not glass.
What if you specifically wanted to hang your Mt Laura print in your sunroom or brightly lit room?
If you don’t want the sun dictating your design choices, just make sure that your picture is framed with a UV filtering acrylic rather than glass. It’s actually lighter than glass and will protect your art from fading or yellowing in direct sunlight.
That’s it really, except my advice (if you are having them professionally framed) to have a framer place the matt board so it covers the outside white border.. except for the bottom area perhaps, with my authentication stamp and signature.
